Niece – GenSec Zlatimira

Who is Zlatimira Ninova Colova (Златимира Нинова Цолова)a niece of late owner of Arik – Galina M.?

Colova is a happy heiress of her aunt’s house  in Knyazhevo (Bulgarian: Княжево), a neighbourhood in Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria.

Administratively, it is part of the Vitosha District of Stolichna Municipality in the southwestern part of the Sofia City Province. She is the European Union civil servant with a generous salary, a member of Volt party, and an aspirant for a  pan-European political career.

However last seven (7!) years, while being busy with pan-European projects she didn’t consider necessary to take Arik, the dog of her  aunt, who was seriously ill, to a vet. Meanwhile she was participating in programmes, telling the inhabitants of Brussels how she is going to care about them if elected.

Zlatimira Colova intorduces herself to the eletorate as a liason person with the EU insitutions, engaged in PR with different stake-holders, an even as an “international Secreatry Genaral”. She also works at the European Parliament. What an intense lifestyle!

The dream of Colova is to make a “holistic impact”. And the favorite topic is a “smart state” Unfortunately there is no place for dogs there!

Being so busy Colova failed her late aunts dog, suffering in misery in a rotten crate, on dirty rugs! She didn’ bother to take the animal to a vet once in last seven (7!) years, totally devoted to the European elections. ‘After my mother inherited him, she hasn’t brought him to any VET except from May 2025 to the public clinic” Colova wrights.

From this correspondence it is clear that Colova even doesn’t know that there are no such an entity as a “public clinincs” in Bulgaria, all vet.clinics are open to public, but there are Municipality programmes, which are targeted at stray animals welfare, and there the veternary services are paid by public funds.

Her mother – Marjana – took Arik to a shelter, and surrendered him as a stray. He was sterelised, and chipped at costs of Municipality, and then returned back to his habitat. It happened on 31 January 2025, and he stayed in shelter for 11 days.

So cleary Colova didn’t care about the dog, and wasn’t prepared to pay herself for her late aunt’s pet to get him neutred, chipped and vaccinated. Too busy to invest in public good:)

Below is the rotten crate, where Arik has been sitting on dirty rugs after the passing of his owner – Galina since December 2021. Picture was take on February 23, 2026. Apparently Arik didn’t know that his owner’s niece is a foodie (see an ad above). He didn’t always have food, and even water was provided modestly.

Below is the solid house which Galina M. left to her niece with one and only request to take care of her beloved dog. ( The house cadastre and property register in Bulgaria are public and managed by the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) and the Registry Agency. Anyone can search for property information online).
